Installing software on a computer can sometimes be a challenging task, especially when it comes to installing separate components from a suite of programs. This was the case for one user who was trying to install Microsoft Visio on their computer, but encountered an error message that prevented them from completing the installation. Fortunately, after some trial and error, the user was able to find a solution to the problem, and has shared their experience to help others who may encounter a similar issue.

The error message that the user encountered was related to a conflict with another component on their system, specifically the Office 16 Click-to-Run Extensibility Component 32-bit Registration. This component was preventing the installation of Microsoft Visio from completing successfully. The user’s solution involved uninstalling this component, which they found to be the best way to resolve the conflict.
